We've had an amazing weekend full of excitement, thrills, and positive energy! 💛
As 54 people from BAC branches across Poland They met in Poznań to spend some time together outside the office and get to know each other better.

The first item on the agenda was sports competition at the LeMans go-kart track. Adrenaline, excitement, and healthy competition allowed everyone to experience the spirit of teamwork—and at a really fast pace! 🏎️🏆

That evening, we met at dinner at the Brovaria restaurant, where we spent time chatting, laughing, and celebrating together in a friendly and cheerful atmosphere. It was the perfect opportunity to strengthen our bonds and get to know each other even better in a less formal setting. 🍻🎉

The next day, we traveled back in time thanks to a visit to Museum of Agriculture and Industry in Szreniawa. This extraordinary place allowed us to discover the rich history and traditions of the Polish countryside and industry—and to reflect on the development that continues to shape our lives today. 🚜🏛️

The entire integration process was a great opportunity to build even stronger bonds, share experiences, and see each other in a new light. We believe that this time spent together will not only lead to an even better atmosphere, but also to better results in our daily work.
